Isabel Cañada Luna, originally from Malaga, Spain, was seen to possess a strong aptitude for opera singing at a very young age, and thus, began to pursue a career in such. Aged 7, she began piano studies at the Conservatori Professional de Música i Dansa de les Illes Balears in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, and in 2006 she would start to study voice under the supervision of soprano Joana Llabrés.

Having begun her university studies in 2010 at the same conservatory, Ms. Cañada later transferred to the Escuela Superior de Canto de Madrid, in Spain’s capital, where she studied under distinguished faculty members Virginia Prieto and Aurelio Viribay. Upon completing her voice degree in 2013, she has continued to hone her skills, receiving instruction from soprano Ana María Sánchez.
